Annunciation Family Camp

Monday, May 25th to Friday, May 29th 2026

For the fourth year in a row, we’ll be holding our Family Camp at Camp Brim Shire in St. James, MO, just 15 minutes from Annunciation!

Costs per person are still extremely reasonable at $3/day of attendance, $4.25/night, $6/meal, and $16/t-shirt or $114/person for the whole week! Infants (under the age of 2) are free!

Scholarships Available

We encourage all families in parishes from the Diocese of the Midwest to apply for the Archbishop Job Scholarship which will cover HALF of all camp costs for your kids! (Link coming soon)

Monday (May 25, Memorial Day)

10:00 – Arrival & Rules Overview
10:30 – Tour of Grounds and Unpack (sleeping assignments determined)
11:00 – Opening Olympics Ceremony
12:30 – Lunch and Kitchen Clean Up
2:00 – Afternoon Open Activities (Swimming, walking trails, sporting games, board games and puzzles at dining hall, ultimate tag, fishing, squirt gun fight, etc.)
5:30 – Grill Out for Supper
7:00 – Evening Prayers
8:00 – Campfire and S’mores
9:00 – Bed Time (Older kids and grown ups in bed whenever parents want)

Tuesday (May 26)

7:30 – Rise and Shine
8:00 – Morning Prayers
8:30 – Breakfast and Clean Up
9:30 – Talk & Crafts (One for kids under 13, One for adults and 13+)
10:30 – Group Activity (Scavenger Hunt, etc.)
12:30 – Lunch and Kitchen Clean Up
2:00 – Afternoon Open Activities (Swimming, walking trails, sporting games, board games and puzzles at dining hall, ultimate tag, fishing, squirt gun fight /service project, etc.)
5:30 – Vespers (Leavetaking of Pascha)
6:15 – Dinner
7:00 – Evening Activity then Campfire (Fishing, Capture the Flag, Ultimate Frisbee, Virginia Reel, etc.)
9:00 – Bed Time (Older kids and grown ups in bed whenever parents want)

Wednesday (May 27)

7:30 – Rise and Shine
8:00 – Morning Prayers
8:30 – Breakfast and Clean Up

5:30 – Evening Prayers
